Stretching goes along with strengthening – that’s what Pilates does – always create the perfect balance. Stretching is like a treat for your body after all of your hard work during the session that plays a big role releasing your tensions and sore muscles.
An ideal stretch includes your alignment and your breath. Acknowledge the alignment of the spine, upper part, lower part of the body and take a deep breath while doing the stretch will bring you the true sense of connection with your ligaments and tendons.
