Hyperhidrosis Disorder – bệnh lí tăng tăng tiết mồ hôi – Hanoi Pilates Club

Irene was doing the pull ups on Pilates Chair at her second attempt to lift her whole body up without putting any pressures on her shoulder girdle. When she got it, the faults were still happened: her feet and her hands were in different paths and she couldn’t lift her heels off the pedals though she tried.

No one can do it perfectly right on the first stage but this time, it is not totally her fault.

Hyperhidrosis – a condition characterized by abnormally increased sweating – is her enemy when it comes to workout. Every move she makes, she has to do it with triple efforts just to be like a normal person who doesn’t suffer the excessive sweat on the body parts.

If you’re suffering from this disease and using the Pilates socks like Irene does, it will not help you a lot at first but with the matter of time, things will be solved. The more sessions that you have, the more you can master your slippery points and pressure points,… At you 10th session, the game will be completely changed.

Besides the socks that absorb moisture, there is one more thing that you can do to reduce your excessive sweat: cut down your caffeine (if you use it) – it increases your body temperature and your heart rate causing the workout intensity to be potentially higher.
